Getting started
1. Choose a Plan
Once you chosen your destination and booked your Hotel/Tour, you can add a prepaid data plan in the region where you need connectivity. Limited or Unlimited it’s up to you.
2. Scan QR Code
Use your smartphone or another eSIM-compatible device to scan the QR code we send you via email (instructions).
3. Connect to 5G/4G
Follow the prompts on your device to add your new international data plan. That’s it!
Frequently asked question
Does Maya Mobile log my location?
No, we do not record your device location. As required by law, we keep records containing only the time, data (Megabytes) consumed, and cellular provider of each data connection.
What if my device is not eSIM compatible?
If your device is not listed on the eSIM Compatibility List, unfortunately you cannot use Maya Mobile data plans. Currently we do not offer physical SIM cards.
Who can see my Internet browsing activity?
Your browsing activity is completely private. The only information we record is the time, data (Megabytes) consumed, and cellular provider of each data connection.
Does an eSIM replace my phone plan?
