Cocktail Bar
- Iconic
An underground tiki cocktail bar in Phoenix's Arcadia district, built as the cargo hold of a 19th-century clipper ship.
UnderTow is Barter & Shake's celebrated tiki-inspired bar in the Arcadia district, opened in 2016. Guests step down into what feels like the cargo hold of a 19th-century clipper ship, with carved pillars, stacked cargo and portholes that show passing islands, storms and sea battles. The rum-led cocktail list draws on the age of sail, and the small room is listed by The World's 50 Best Bars' Discovery guide.
Luxio Perspective
The room is tiny: reserve ahead through the operator, and settle in for a round of the more theatrical tableside drinks.
