Hotel Monte Vista rises above the corner of Aspen and San Francisco Streets, just off historic Route 66. Built after a community fundraising effort that began in 1926 and opened on 1 January 1927, it is marking its hundredth anniversary and remains one of Flagstaff's landmarks, with its rooftop neon sign and storied past. Rendezvous, its cocktail bar, serves craft cocktails in the heart of downtown.
