Halekulani's open-air oceanfront terrace, famed for sunset Hawaiian music and hula beneath a century-old kiawe tree.
House Without a Key takes its name from the 1925 Charlie Chan novel set at Halekulani. On its open-air terrace by the ocean, guests gather under an old kiawe tree for cocktails as the sun goes down, with Hawaiian music from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. and hula from 6:30 p.m., an evening ritual that has defined Waikīkī for generations.
Luxio Perspective
Arrive before 5:30 p.m. for a table facing the ocean and the hula stage.
