Dominick's Steakhouse

A polished Scottsdale Quarter steakhouse, best known for its rooftop dining room set around a reflecting pool beneath a retractable roof.

Dominick's Steakhouse brings a sense of occasion to Scottsdale Quarter. Its signature space is the rooftop dining room on the upper level, where tables surround a long reflecting pool beneath a retractable roof that opens to the desert evening. The kitchen keeps to the great American steakhouse repertoire: prime steaks and chops, seafood and classic sides, served with polished, attentive hospitality. Guests are encouraged to dress for the evening, and the rooftop tables are among the most requested in the city, so it pays to book ahead.
