Bit & Spur has served dinner in Springdale since 1981, a few minutes from the entrance to Zion National Park. Its Southwestern and Mexican-inspired menu and garden patio make it a natural place to end a day in the canyon, and the saloon hosts live music and the Zion Canyon Music Festival.
