St. Augustine Distillery Tour & Tasting

Craft spirits and adaptive-reuse history

St. Augustine Distillery occupies the city's restored former ice plant and offers a close look at fermentation, distillation, ageing and the character of Florida-made spirits. The standard self-guided route combines exhibits and tastings, while limited-capacity guided bourbon experiences are separate products with their own schedules and admission conditions.
