Hemingway's Key West

Ernest Hemingway lived in this 1851 Spanish Colonial house on Whitehead Street from 1931 to 1939 and wrote some of his best-known work in the studio above the carriage house. Admission includes a guided tour of about 20–30 minutes through the house, his writing studio and the tropical gardens, with its pool, followed by time to explore at leisure among the colony of polydactyl cats descended from Hemingway's own.
