The Food Network South Beach Wine & Food Festival presented by Capital One returns February 25–28, 2027. The programme brings chefs, culinary personalities and wine and spirits producers together across more than 100 separately programmed events in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Net proceeds benefit Florida International University's Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management.
